Platform

The complete picture is made of many signals.

Authoring, delivery, evaluation and capability reporting in one governed assessment platform — without losing the context that makes a result useful.

Platform capabilities

Candidate-first

Frictionless, low-anxiety testing interfaces designed to evaluate true capability without technical barriers or intrusive workflows.

  • Accessible and mobile-ready UI
  • Clear anti-cheat transparency

Evidence-led

Beyond pass/fail percentages. Every result carries auditability, response lineage and objective evaluation rubrics.

  • Structured evaluation rubrics
  • Verifiable skill-gap telemetry

Built for governance

Strict human-in-the-loop controls. AI assists by drafting, ranking and flagging — a qualified person always approves the final decision.

  • Human-approved AI decisioning
  • Role-based approval chains

The loop

One continuous intelligence loop.

Design, delivery, evaluation and understanding are one connected path — evidence keeps its context as it moves between them.

01
Design Architect journeys

Author choice, written, coding and rubric-based tasks, then review and freeze the content used for delivery.

02
Deliver Seamless execution

Deliver scheduled or adaptive assessments from reviewed content, with durable answer saving and controlled item exposure.

03
Evaluate Governed scoring

Automated objective scoring with AI-assisted drafting and mandatory human reviewer approval.

04
Understand Actionable intelligence

Published, relevant evidence informs scoped capability views and human-reviewed development priorities.

One platform, four connected stages

Nirvana Intellect covers the whole assessment lifecycle. Authors build items — multiple choice, constructed response, media, coding tasks and configured psychometric instruments — inside governed banks that are versioned, so any paper can be rebuilt exactly as it ran.

Delivery handles high concurrency, readiness checks, durable saving and accessible alternatives, then issues the candidate a receipt. Evaluation combines automated objective scoring with rubric-based marking, AI-assisted drafting and mandatory human approval. Reporting turns published results into capability views that keep their evidence attached.

Practice and formal delivery have distinct purposes

Private practice uses dedicated material and participant-only feedback. Reviewed formal delivery freezes its content and retained media, while adaptive delivery applies minimum-pool and shared exposure controls. Private feedback does not create grades, certificates or employee capability evidence.

Why it matters

When authoring, delivery and evaluation live in separate systems, context is lost at every handover and has to be reconstructed under pressure — usually when a result is challenged. Holding them in one record means the answer to the question “how did we arrive at this outcome?” already exists.

In practice

Four stages, one record.

Each stage hands the next its context, so nothing has to be reconstructed later.

Authoring
Reviewed delivery copies retain question content, scoring rules and media. Later question-bank edits do not rewrite an assessment already released.
Delivery
Readiness checks, durable saving, accessible alternatives and a receipt the candidate can keep.
Evaluation
Rubrics, AI-assisted drafting, moderation and publication, each step attributable to a person and a time.
Understanding
Capability views that carry their evidence with them, so a number never travels without its source.

Connected assessment

Build confidence. Keep the evidence clear.

Private learning, reviewed delivery and scoped workforce evidence serve different purposes. The platform keeps those purposes clear as people move from practice to formal assessment and development.

01

Practice with privacy

Publish dedicated practice material with owner-only feedback. Learning sessions stay outside formal grades, certificates and capability ratings.

02

Deliver the reviewed version

Freeze reviewed questions, keys and retained media at publication. Later authoring changes leave released assessment content intact.

03

Adapt with control

Use frozen adaptive pools with minimum-pool checks and shared exposure limits. An exhausted pool cannot silently complete an assessment.

04

Keep workforce evidence in scope

Use relevant published evidence for employee development, current manager access and privacy-protected population views. Applicant results remain separate.

Private practice supports standalone text choice, ordering and fill-in-the-blank questions. Feedback belongs to the participant and does not create formal results, certificates or workforce capability ratings. Available languages, adaptive delivery and integrations depend on the configured assessment and deployment.
